Find courses by period using Netscape Navigator

Click on the Master Course Schedule page for the semester
you wish to search. Wait for the page to completely finish loading.

Bring up the "Find" window. Two ways you can do this are:

press Ctrl+F

click on the "Edit" menu, then click on "Find in Page..."

Type the class period, followed by three spaces, then
the day codes for the period you wish to search for. For example, to search
for all classes period D on Tuesday and Thursday type "d tr"
in the "Find" window, then press the "Find Next" button.

To find all courses offered by a department in a particular
period, simply scroll down the page until the first entry for that department
is at the top of the page, then repeat the procedure descibed above.
For example, to find all the courses in the English department
offered period 3 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, scroll down the page
to the beginning of the English department listings, then begin your "Find".
